Nestled on the edge of a charming village, our decking offers stunning south-facing views across our meadow and the surrounding fields.

Guests are invited to wander through the meadow, take in the fresh air, and relax by the tranquil stream.

Enjoy the perfect blend of countryside serenity and village convenience – just a 5-minute walk to the local shop and post office, and a short 5-minute drive to the picturesque Start Bay beaches.

There is plenty of parking at the property and you can leave your car directly outside the access gate. Chillington is on the bus route from Kingsbridge to Dartmouth and idea for a lift down to the beach and pub at Torcross or for a trip into Dartmouth will all it has to offer.

Space to store your bikes and kayaks.

Dog Policy: One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Outdoor Space: Lightly fenced garden for running around, but supervision is required if your dog tends to escape. You are also welcome to use the meadow for supervised exercise.

Waste Disposal: An outdoor bin is provided for disposing of dog waste (poo bags).

Indoors:

Dogs should never be left unattended inside the property.

Dogs are not allowed on the bed but can sit on the sofa if they use the provided blanket.

Additional Amenities:

Old towels, food bowls, and a portable water drinker are available for your dog's convenience.

These rules help ensure that both the guests and their furry friends have a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I like to travel light and aim to make your trip as fuss free as possible. Guest robes and single use slippers are provided as are iPhone and android chargers on either side of the bed and in the writing desk. Beach/hot tub towels and a cool bag back pack with ice packs, picnic cutlery and plates, a thermos flask and food tubs. Water proof maps of the local area, bird books and binoculars.

I also reserve the right to withdraw / close the hot tub facility if there is a mechanical breakdown, severe weather / ice or other issue that makes it deemed unsafe to use. . . but don't worry, it hasn't happened yet!
